As many of our readers know, we recently moved to the greater Boston area. While Kathy and the kids moved out in early September, Paul stayed in California for several weeks to wrap things up.

Afterwards, as he was driving across the country, he told Kathy and the kids which state he slept in each night. Doing a puzzle of the United States, Kathy retraced his route for the kids:

First he stayed in Nevada
[puts Nevada piece in the puzzle],
then he stayed in Idaho
[puts Idaho piece in],
then Montana
[puts piece in],
and tonight hes in South Dakota.
Kathy, mistakenly putting the South Dakota piece in the North Dakota spot, was instantly corrected by Bryn:

No, Mommy, South Dakota goes here.
Bryn was looking at the puzzle upside down, no less!
